Online Payments
Here is how:

Setting up an account -- https://kennebectelephone.smarthub.coop -- You will need your monthly phone/internet/CATV bill account number to set up a login. The link will take you to the login page. Towards the bottom you will see a New User link. Click on that and it will walk you through the steps to set up your account. If you don’t have a monthly bill with us, you will need to use the PayNow option below.

Just paying your bill -- https://kennebectelephone.smarthub.coop/PayNow.html -- If you want to pay your bill without setting up an account, the PayNow option is available. All you need is your account number, whether that is your monthly phone/internet/CATV bill account number or your account number for the other divisions of KTC. With this option you cannot pay both your monthly bill and divisional invoices at the same time. Separate payments will need to be made.

Mobile App -- http://www.smarthubapp.com/how_do_I_get_it.htm -- If you want to install the mobile app on your smartphone you have several different options. Either click the link listed to the left and scan the QR code, go to your phone’s app store and search for “Smarthub”, or after you set up your online account click the link on the homepage. You can then download it, add Kennebec Telephone as a provider, and either set up your new account or use the same login credentials as you used on the website
