Managed Wifi

• Managed Wi-Fi includes: 

• Installation: setting up in your house and passwords   

• Passwords: change passwords twice a year if customer requests

• 2.4 Ghz setup: set up and password protect

• 5 Ghz setup: set up password protect 5Ghz band

• Remote access: allows our techs to make changes from our office

• Router problems, labor in trouble shooting

• Port Forwarding if needed

• Firmware updates, when available

• Firewall setup, part of setup 

• Adding new devices, assistance in adding new wireless devices

We offer Vipre for $5.50/month and $4.50 for each additional device. Vipre is a computer virus protection.

​

All have a $5 tax recovery fee along with city and state tax.

Lifeline

Lifeline is a federal benefit that lowers the monthly cost of phone, internet, or bundled phone/internet service. Eligible customers will save $9.25 a month on their basic monthly bill. The benefits also cover the Access Recovery Charge (ARC). Customers who reside on tribal lands may be eligible for additional discounts up to $25 a month.
